The Higher Education Funding Council for England has provided funding for the project to Imperial College London through its Leadership, Governance and Management Fund. It is also supported by the Royal Society.
The Project Leader is Professor Dorothy Griffiths, Deputy Principal of Imperial College Business School, Professor of Human Resource Management and Head of Programmes.
The Project is managed by Caroline Fox, a former HR Director of Imperial College and Programme Manager of the Athena Project, and Erica Halvorsen, formerly Interim Director of the Equality Challenge Unit.
